What do I need to apply for a unit?

You will need to fill out the application form and provide at least 2 pieces of ID and your most recent cheque stub. When processing, our central office combines credit scores with your annual income and past landlord references to make a decision on approval.


Should I have rental/tenants insurance?

Yes, it will offer you the peace of mind knowing that your personal belongings are protected in case of an unforeseen event.


What fire precautions do your buildings have?

Every unit is equipped with its own smoke detectors and sprinkler. The building is monitored 24/7.


Is guest/visitor parking available on the properties?

Guests/visitors are welcome to park in the designated visitors parking of each property for maximum of 1-2 days at a time. If a guest plans to stay for an extended length of time, please notify the Resident Manager of the building.


Do you allow pets?

We don’t allow dogs in any of our properties, cats are allowed with certain restrictions and an extra pet fee.


Can I modify or paint my unit a different color?

You may not make any alteration, paint different color, including installing your own appliances, locks, or other equipment of any kind without prior consent of the Property Manager.


What are my options for paying rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We offer pre-authorized debit payment for the convenience of our residents and/or cheques.


What utilities do residents pay?

Management pays for the heat and hot water in all units. Residents pay for their own power, cable, phone and internet. It is recommended you call Nova Scotia Power (902) 428-6230, at least two weeks prior to moving into your unit. The same goes with any cable or phone company you choose to go with.
